The Philippine Foundation of And Lingkod ng Panginoon, Inc. (LINGKOD) recognizes its responsibility under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data it collects, records, organize, update, use, or consolidate from online and onsite activities.

The personal data obtained is entered and stored within the organization’s database and will only be accessed by LINGKOD authorized staff.

Furthermore, the personal information collected and stored shall only be used:

a) To send announcements of activities organized by LINGKOD and partners-in-mission

b) To support the movement’s initiatives by connecting possible resource persons and donors to branches/ teams in need

c) For authorized purposes of LINGKOD to provide pastoral and practical care to members and updates to alumni
